Your Implementation Plan
Be the business owner who does better than just breaking even. Your business can support you — instead of you constantly having to support your business. It starts with planning. Growing your business is a process and as such it requires Implementation Plans.
1) Clarify your BIG Goal.
2) Set ACHIEVABLE Subgoals.
3) Calendar the TASKS you need to do to move you closer to that goal.
The thinking you used to drive your business to this point will not get you to the next level. Ask yourself, “What can I do differently today to get one step ahead, however small, closer to achieving my goals?”
Start Here:
-
Get out your calendar and flip to your start date.
Write down Task 1.
-
Flip to the next week.
Write down Task 2.

…. keep going …..
